This is the exact app this adult needs for relaxation and sleep. Just bright enough to illuminate a small room with a timer and dimmer so it doesn't drain the battery and aids with sleep. Three wonderful options with either a steady light for nervous littles or soothing patterns for nervous adults.
I needed a portable nightlight to use instead of my flashlight (which ran down my battery). This app lets you set a timer which eventually allows the phone to lock. Simple and easy to use.
