Facial Yoga Daily Face Workout

Like the others, I purchased a lifetime pro subscription several years ago. I cannot restore my purchase, it just says no active subscription found. I tried to message them from the app twice but it shuts down both times. Will update my star rating when i get this resolved.

I complained about not being able to restore by lifetime purchase before, but I finally managed to after reading the developers reply to certain complaints . Just delete the app and download it again. Go to app settings and click on restore. It worked like a charm ! So glad I got it back! I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years and I had seen results. But since it was locked for a while and didn’t know how to restore it, i couldn’t use it. Im definitely doing the exercises again ! Thank you 🙏

I started out on the free version but most of the exercises were locked so I upgraded. Unfortunately they do not tell you that you can’t use this app across multiple devices and I made the mistake of downloading to my iPad (bigger screen). So now I have to lug my iPad around with me or pay for the pro a second time to use on my iPhone. The other thing that is so frustrating is that got a new iPad and I forgot my password and they don’t offer a “forgot password” option even though they ask for your email. Now I can’t log in at all. I emailed the developers over a week ago and still have heard nothing. Don’t get me wrong, the exercises are great and work for the most part but if you decide to upgrade to the pro, be sure to pay the extra for the family or multi-user option if you want to use on more than one of your devices. Also, be sure to remember your password!
