Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block

Mine is no longer working in my iPhone. What could be the reason. And secondly the app is asking me to subscribe monthly or yearly before I can see my contacts pic and Facebook. I love this app very well but now is becoming useless in my phone and if you guys didn’t take it back to the normal way I will delete the app from my iPhone. Fix it now pls, thank you

Too much to do to set it up. I paid for premium and this isn't a premium quality app. It lets calls through when it shouldn't, during do not disturb times as wells as callers not in my phone list. I want to be able to block, mark as spam and delete all at one time, not have to go back to the call for each step. I have tried reverse lookup repeatedly and it doesn't work. Costly lesson learned. I will only use apps that have a full-service try before you buy option from now on.

Terrible app: it takes over your whole phone. When you get a call, it takes up almost your entire screen showing the caller info, and even when you try to move the information away, it comes right back up. And then when the call ends it shows you the call info again as if you didn't see it in the first place. There are constant annoying notifications as well, and the app wants to take over dialing, texting and everything else. We were looking for caller ID, not an annoying app to bother us!

I’ve had this app for quite a while and for the most part I enjoy it. Over the last six months or so a problem has developed however. Some of my contact photos will not stay in place and slide or sometimes entirely disappear requiring me to replace them every now and again. I have contacted administers when I receive no relevant reply or solution. Overall it’s a really nice app but until this problem is rectified it will only get four stars from me!

Most of the features are fine. However, I Had2 uninstall it bcuz of frustration. It keeps dropping calls. & I can't afford to lose appointments, bids etc. Which I have. A nice feature is after you pay a what I feel is a reasonable fee. When you use it to enter numbers that you want to save,when you press on the photo box, it scans the web for pictures and you get to choose which shot fit your own taste. & it has other features that were nice.

This is definitely the best of all apps out there for replacing profile photo in your contact with those public profile photos from social media. I would give a 5 star if the photo selections can be better refined. Right now, it would give you a list of many and mostly totally unrelated profile photos to choose from. That list definitely can be better curated. I look forward to seeing improvements in that and will be happy to revise to a 5 stars.
