Couldn’t add payment method and therefore couldn’t rent bike. Phoned in and they couldn’t help. Needs immediate upgrade.
What an absolute garbage can of an app I was very excited to try these bikes soon and pop around town and I was spending 35 minutes trying to get it to work and two tech-support calls not getting a work. I’m left with the sour taste in my mouth thinking that his app sucks and the service is nothing. I never try again just completely ruined my day trying to get this set up 2024 and be two seconds. I can set it up not 40 minutes and two tech-support calls.
