The prices they advertise in the app don’t match the amount they charge from your card. Basically they show you an amount for confirmation before you start the charge session and then something totally different shows on your invoice. This can prove problematic if you have a company card saved in the app and the invoice doesn’t match the amount charged! Basically you are shown 3 different prices (one in the app, one charged on your card and another one on the website!) The funny thing is there is also a fourth price on their website, for the same country!) Also, support non-existent, nobody answers emails.

After the first load, when one can set up the car and the charger, if the phone enters in sleep mode, the application doesn”t start anymore. Basically, you start the charging process, you’ll be kicked out and you won’t be able to stop the charging process. Of course all this is happenning while the app is still taking your money. The boot process stops at connecting user data. I have the latest IOS and the app is at its latest version.

Even though I registered successfully 1. The application logs me out randomly 2. Keeps prompting me to complete profile by asking for some info I already provided (car registration, phone, etc) 3. Can't edit profile to update information. Either there's an error (something went wrong) or nothing happens (save, goes back to previous screen but on profile nothing has changed) 4. No way to report technical issues with the application itself.
