Etihad Guest Walletplus

When the app doesn't prevent you from accessing your account, it doesn't accept the answer to the security question. You can't ask for help through the app. You don't know who controls the app, whether it's the bank or the company.

I just received my wallet card but the application always says error the security question which is my answer was correct.

It is sad that an app relating to an esteemed company such as Etihad has such technical issues. This app is not processing my Etihad Guest details! And keeps asking me to try later! The question is: why did you lunch it too early?? Didn’t you test it before?? Why do you risk the company reputation for such fixable issues !! I am deeply sad that Etihad has this issues when it can be No.1 in the World !!
