**Update**** I can no longer log in using Facebook, and it won’t let me register again as my email address is associated with my Facebook account. The worst part though, is that I cannot cancel my pro subscription as I didn’t subscribe through iTunes. They’re still taking my money, when I can no longer log in and use the app. The only option I have now is to report the subscription to my bank as FRAUD!!!! Hopefully this will get the attention of these SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I’ve updated my phone to ios15, and the app is no longer recording my tracks. I’ve contacted support on numerous occasions, as they’re still taking money from me for the pro version. No response at all though! Will be contacting Apple to get a refund.

Update 16 August 2021: Esplorio was a great App, but has not been updated for a year. In addition, there is no support via the Help section of the App, and no response to emails. As a consequence, I have sadly cancelled my Pro subscription, and updated this review. I suspect Esplorio is another casualty of Covid-19. Researched various options and decided to go with Esplorio and haven’t been disappointed. Excellent support and regular updates adding useful new features and fixing bugs. I have just returned from a 50 day trip through New Zealand and had Esplorio running 24/7. Recorded an accurate GPS track with no significant battery drain. Quick to add photos and content with simple and easy to use editing tools. Really well thought out app which should only get better. I kept my trip private while traveling (shared only with family and friends) and made it public after returning home.

Finding an good app that would combine diary, photos and mapping has been difficult. There are quite a few, but this definitely appears to be the one of best. It looks really great; it pulled 5 years information from Tripit without problem and auto imported quickly. Sadly just the flights imported this time, but I suspect they are working on that. There are other improvements on my wish list, but it's already magic and the more I use it the more I options I find.
