Esperanto English Dictionary

I've found the app helpful. If you tap a word so it brings up the pronunciation screen, it adds the word to your history, which is nice for review. The Esperanto pronunciation is robotic, but by the time I needed a dictionary, i already knew proper pronunciation, so i didn't even realize the voice was mechanical because I never needed to hear it. The English voice sounds real, but I don't need help with that either.

I paid to remove the ads and the ads remain. They went away for a few hours, then came back. I have e-mailed support twice about this with no response. Also, the app has difficulty finding any word that starts with any letter that has a hat. It gives completely wrong definitions for some of the words. Also, other words it seems to get wrong or not find. There are words with multiple roots and an obvious affix where I know each root and can make a very good guess at the meaning, but will look it up to see how close I was and it is something completely different having nothing to do with any of the roots or affixes. The author of the app obviously knows nothing of Esperanto and is just trying to make a buck.

Doesn't support the larger phones. Looks like it's just using google translate behind the scenes. "Authentic Esperanto" pronunciation is anything but. It's just the horrible, mechanical voice from google translate.
