Escape Game: Cotswolds

Do not skip the bonus level! it’s basically a whole new game in the same location!

Jammswork is always doing fantastic games and they are no doubt on the top of the games! They keep trying something new and exploring the world as a story. I love the assembly tools on the table they used to apply on the whole table that is one of my favorite. LOVE THEM!

Makes great use of the setting to provide atmosphere! One of the delightful things about Jammsworks games is that after you’ve finished the two main levels, the bonus level is the same setting “later”: characters have moved on to different activities, puzzles may put the same item to different uses, and things accomplished have to be undone. My fave R&B singer makes a cameo, but many of the familiar characters seem to be phasing out. Also absent: the fidgety sliding table settings of recent past games (yay!) and the mini-games (meh). It’s all point-and-click, except for a few “rotate the object.” Puzzles are sensible and fair. Hints are charming. This one reclaims Jammsworks’ spot as the best developer of this type of game.
