Epop: Learn Real-Life English

It's the best English study app ever. I'm working remotely for a global IT company, so English is essential for me. However, it's hard for me to study everyday English because I don't live in the US currently. I don't like to use app to study English because in most cases they are not so helpful for me. Recently, a Korean YouTuber named FRIENDSHIPING recommended this app to me, so I tried it and found it excellent. Gamified UX is good; it recommends proper voca with good examples and helps you repeat the word effectively.

I’ve been using this app individually and wanted to upgrade to a 2-person subscription plan to use it with my friend. However, I encountered significant issues with the subscription system and customer service. When I contacted customer support regarding the subscription upgrade, I was extremely disappointed with their response. The customer service was: • Slow to respond - It took way too long to get any reply • Unhelpful - They provided only brief, generic responses that didn’t address my specific issue • Unprofessional - The tone was unfriendly and dismissive The representatives only gave short, robotic answers that were completely unhelpful in resolving my subscription problem. It felt like they weren’t even trying to understand or solve my issue. For an app that charges subscription fees, the customer service quality is unacceptable. I expected much better support, especially when dealing with billing and subscription matters. The app itself might be decent, but the poor customer service experience has left me very frustrated and considering switching to a different language learning platform. Fix your customer service team - customers deserve better treatment, especially when we’re paying for your service.

I had some trouble memorizing all those english words, But this nice app is like an internet teacher. It teaches me hard words I did not know before. I think this is a very good app for learning english. Well, I saw ads of this app many times. After all, I became a pro at reading and writing. This app is not much harmful to your personal information.
