They take the booking and at the last moment start making excuses and cancel the booking without even informing the customer. They simply want to negotiate the price. We had to speak to a very stupid guy called “Virat”. Extremely annoying, unprofessional, and rude guy. The worst kind of a person to be working in customer support. Started arguing when we complained that our pickup was cancelled without any prior notice. Simply said the weather is bad, we can’t come for pickup. Lazy bunch of fellows, who have just started a business that they’re not able to run. We took leaves since it was a bulk pickup but they didn’t even consider that they can ask for a delay or wait but can’t cancel the booking. Quite bizarre experience and a complete waste of time.
