The charger was not able to charge my EV. I called the help line, could not get it to charge. Still had to pay the minimum charging fee.
It is bad, but expected, that we now need dozens of charging apps that we use once, often when we are in a hurry, and will never use again after our trip—this is one of those. But they can make signup way easier and here Eos fails: does not offer eg Sign in with Google; sign up form disables autofill (eg prevents your phone from putting in your name for you); no support for digital wallets like PayPal or Apple Pay, so you need to dig up your credit card and give the full number to an untrusted developer. The prices are — worse than the big national slow charge options but not terrible.
Love how easy this app and map is, it makes the charging process so much easier!
