Envoy Mobility

In my apartments they have it were you can book slots to rent out a car “envoy” that’s provided. Well Iast night I booked a slot for the morning for about 2 hours. Well when I get go down to get the vehicle, it’s not there, mind you the only way you could reserved a time slot was if the time slot was available. It’s not a situation where you can double booked, it won’t allow you. So basically it’s wasn’t an error on my end. But nevertheless I had already been charged now I’m trying to figure things out, this is my 1st time using this method, someone or something 😉 took up my time slot well couple hours later after my time slot had expired I took the liberty to check to see if it would be in the location I was told to pick it up at and what do I see 👀 the rental parked in the space where I suppose to retrieve it from, go figure 🤷‍♂️!! I’m not upset about it life happens and it was unfortunate but now I need to see how to be refund back what’s been charged. So I called a customer service representative at envoy and she was awesome!! Huh?!? I’m sorry, you say what was her name ?? Oh sure!! It’s “Angel👼” and RIGHTFULLY SO!! She was really sweet,helpful and patient. She answered all my concerns including refunding my charged credit account. You know It’s weird because I’m sure her name is Angel but for some reason the email sent to me after the call said “😳Katherine Anne Yap😳” huh?!? I’m confused,OOh!! I guess she’s going by her allies name 😉 haha ok,no problem!! Well I wanna say THANK YOU Katherine you did awesome job and keep up the good work…. Take care!! #YahBless Yours Truly Kid

The vehicle location is convenient for me and the reliability for the vehicles is important for me as a customer. The app is very helpful and straightforward, easy to work with. When I needed customer service I was able to get ahold of assistance very quickly. I do wish that we were able to use more than one credit towards a ride.
