EnVision: Guided Visualization

Trust the process and believe that you are capable of achieving everything you want to do! As a college student, I felt lost and had no direction in what I wanted to do in life. I found this app during quarantine and gave it a try. At first I was skeptical because I have tried other meditation apps such as Headspace, but could never stick with it. However, with this app, I found that although I didn’t do the sessions everyday, the visualization exercises helped to keep me focused and be more productive. I will list 2 goals that I have accomplished so far with the help of this app. One of them was to get a 4.0 gpa, and the other was to transfer to my dream college which I just recently got accepted into. If you feel like you are lost or unmotivated, please give this a try. I assure you that the visualization exercises will help give your life direction and purpose, and will reveal what your inner self truly wants to achieve... Dream big! I love this app! It has helped my meditation practice enormously. The male voice is soothing and calm. I’m not a fan of the female voice as it is too “sing-songy” for me but that just may be my preference. The sessions are great and help me to visualize different aspects of my intentions for the session. My only complaint is that the in app support says that my device doesn’t have email set up when it clearly does. I wanted to give some feedback and ask a question but cannot find how to do that even on the developer’s website. How often will new series be added? I’ve done all of them and am looking for some fresh updates (preferably with the male voice 😉). Overall I love this app!

I am 18 days into my journey with envision and it has proven to be a game changer. I’ve been meditating regularly for several years and while it has been great for stress relief and learning to focus and center I’ve often wanted guided meditations. Most of them are too guided or the voice is too “far out” “hippyish”. This app is great. The narrators voice is like a good friend talking over coffee and the questions posed really get me in the right state of mind to “Envision” whatever it is I’m looking/longing for. As a believer in the adage, “You can’t get what you want if you don’t know what it is.” It is key to have vision of your end game before you set out. Praise and gratitude for the thoughtful developers of this app. Keep the sessions coming!
