EmoGuard - Keyword Blocker

I got this because I am a cancer survivor and have a lot of health anxiety from that and from other medical issues both I and members of family have gone through. I’d spend hours searching things trying to calm my mind and only making myself feel worse and more anxious. Now I literally can’t read anything because I’ve blocked many keywords.

Figuring out how to use this wasn’t exactly simple, but once I realized how it works, it worked beautifully. You basically pull up a website after you install the app, then click the icon on the left side of the address bar, then you put in the words/names you want replaced with an emoji. I wish it also worked within social media apps.

I was looking for an app that would block out certain words and this works perfectly. Words are replaced with a smiley face and thumbs up. Not just the words, but the entire article headlines on news sites are replaced. That’s an awesome feature. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
