When this was firestone tech docs it was a phenomanal tool for all of my men. Now it is unuseable. Search function and unorganized by category. Have spoke with MWA and my regional inspectors and they all agree that it’s a sad state since changing. We spend millions with “Elevate”, this tool was a big reason our men were successful with specs and inspections. Please bring it up to par so I don’t have to use a google docs spreadsheet and get back to being the best.
Keeps saying update the app but I’m on the newest version. Deleted it and redownloaded and still the same problem. Unusable
Clunky for field techs. Not super easy to invoice from.
