Navigation is general has a lag Notifications specifically is an issue, as we are unable to access the read notifications, it is quite annoying

I recently almost a week back got a notification alert near bell symbol. When you click on it, it does not open anything but keep giving me an alert. I know there is a notification it shows a line when you see on the Lock Screen but inside the app the page does not open.

App is slow while navigating through options inside it. If you received the notification n u click on it, then it doesn’t navigate u to correct message in the app if u have added more than one kid e. g. If I closed the app with 1st kid information in the app n I got the notification for 2nd kid after clicking on it, it will navigate to 1st kid information only. In new option explore n study we received the study material uploaded by the school in pdf format. Many times it has happened if I open the file 1st time it will get open n if I close n again try to open it shows the message as ‘File does not exist’. This is big issue plz resolve as early as possible. After opening the app if I switch between the student, the new student home page gets display then if I navigate to different options on left side after 2-3 seconds it again navigate to student home screen.
