I am a parent of 2 young boys. The oldest attends Tarwater. After a very emotional and rocky start, he is now in love with school and especially his teacher. The school info app provides important information as well as immediate updates. In fact, I just received a notification that one of the buses from school was running 20-25 minutes late. It is not the bus that my son rides, however I was able to contact another parent with a child on that bus to let them know. This app not only keeps me up to date with activities, but it also allows me to view future dates so I can schedule appointments around school functions. My only complaint: I wish the items listed had more detail. For example, if the calendar says Wednesday is an early release day, I would like the dismissal time posted instead of having to wait for the teacher to send an e-mail. I am not sure if space is limited on each activity or not, but detail is imperative to me. Other than that, I am thrilled that Tarwater chooses to use this app and keeps me updated daily.
