This was a complete down grade from the original version. Who in there right mind decide the wait limit would be 45 mins. I find myself constantly stranded. And the solution to just keep spamming refresh in hopes of something popping up is ridiculous. Horrible
I couldn’t get back home because no rides where available it was way past after 45 minutes , very un-reliable and unsafe .
The app worked smoothly for me as far as needing to go off campus, but as far as needing to taken back to campus it said there were no rides available on the app so I had to call it in.
