No Customer Support!
I genuinely enjoy using the app and appreciate its features, but I am extremely frustrated by the lack of customer support. After purchasing a premium subscription, I've been charged for it, yet the app fails to acknowledge my subscription and continues to restrict me to the limited free plan. I've reached out to the developer via email twice, but I've received no response whatsoever—it's been completely silent on their end!
