This app does wonders i have been listening to it for a about a week at bed time n i tell you i feel refreshed and during the day i feel more energized esp. When i am at work. I recommend this everyone who sleep but wake up in the middle of the night staying it till dawn, or who cant sleep at all, or who need more energy during the day, or someone who needs to relax or learn to relax etc,. Give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 if i could.

Wow!
I used have a fabulous cd for sleep meditation that I was never able to finish because it was so effective. I decided to try this one just to see if it was effective and because I'm so desperate for sleep and relaxation. I have to say, I am impressed. I like the narrators voice and it put me OUT. If there is a paid version with other guided imagery, I will buy it! I'm now looking for smoking cessation hypnosis. I thank you for this free version.
