Easy Charging Quality

1. credit card gets blocked for around 47€ for each charging session for a month!!! Earlier the net amount after deducting the charging costs would be released immediately at the end of charging. If you charge 10 times a month - that’s 470€ blocked. Is this even legal in Germany I wonder 2. Invoice is displayed after charging but cannot be downloaded. The pdf comes once a month!! Crazy!!! Such a simple thing like an invoice can’t be obtained immediately 3. hard to find the right charge point when multiple charge points in one location. If I had a choice to dump this app and this company - I would in a heartbeat. The only advantage for me is the charging point.
