Early Shuttle-Business

I don’t know how to log in as the send Otp button is not functional even the guest login and contact us option don’t work…team do check the login page it’s a simple static page nothing more than that

I although came 15 mins early at pickup point but the track ride feature just shows in a plain paper two points, doesn’t show any map beneath that. I suspect that feature is broke and without it’s really hard to tell where need to board my bus. It just mentions from metro have to take but which gate doesn’t mention at all. I called bus driver he told but still couldn’t find the bus, missed it instead took an auto

I usually use early shuttle only when other shuttles aren’t available, and even in those few times I have made a booking, EVERY time my money goes to waste. Either they book rides that have already left your stop, or the driver will “skip” your stop, or technical glitches. And there is no provision for refund AT ALL. The app UX is so bad the user is bound to make mistakes. Waste of time and money. Would rather travel on foot than book another one of their shuttle.
