Great.. but appears some of the centres on the app are yet to be activated. Hopefully all centres in app would function soon. It becomes a disappointment if the app shows a functional charging centre while in reality it is not working or we aren’t allowed in.
Good in showing chargers, location and status. Takes irritatingly long time to connect to Wifi. When power goes and comes it does not recover as expected; does not resume and not just that, many times you can’t resume without first stopping, removing and reinserting the gun. When charging completes at 100%, no proper message. Altogether very poor in giving graceful feedback to the user. Charging summary, history etc. features are primitive too.
Initiate charging from this app at shell station, thaiyur. App calculated payment amount and paid via UPI. DC Charger disconnected due to some problem. App went on a hanging with no sign of tim-out for more than a minute. Killed the app and relaunched it again - no trace of this transaction in the charging history. Amount wasn’t refunded to my Account. A day later, charging history shows double the amount I paid with a status as “refunded”. This feature should not have been rolled out with such a sloppy design. If you have faulty systems you should take the loss - not the consumer.
