Dungeons of Souls

Plays like a wandering dungeon game. Graphics are very beautiful. Gameplay is ok. The decorative rocks, plants, fences, etc in the middle of the play field is there for visuals only. You can walk right through most of them. Only the left and right sides have good clipping, but that doesn’t ruin the gameplay. The cards that give skills and bonuses seem to only activate for a few levels beyond the level they were found. Beyond that the badly needed skills did not activate for me. For instance, the chance for health potions when killing an enemy. That is a challenge for survival, but it drives players to the Ads for help. Also, got a notification for an awesome weapon, come and kill the boss to get it. After above challenges, I ended up killing the boss, and after, no awesome weapon. I stopped playing, cause why bother for disappointment? Other games out there that aren’t.

Between room 10 and 11 the game crashes the only viable option you can do is quit the game via menu option. If you close the game then it will crash causing you to delete and install the game but one you start again the game restarts till you die in the first level but at least you’ll be able to replay where you left off. Please fix asap other than that it’s a good game.

It is a fun little dungeon smash game with some rogue-lite mechanics. Unlock cards which you choose as perks during a run and create different builds. Carry out gold you find which is used to upgrade various stats including your pet’s stats. The power requirements of each dungeon is a bit deceptive, my current power is over 2k and a 900 required dungeon can still crush me. No gear to buy though there is a spot for another NPC in the main hub so I imagine that could be a future update. Not very many cards to get initially, either, but that could also change in the future. Lastly, only the first two dungeon chains are available to explore. I unlocked the third but there is no content for it and there is one more dungeon chain still locked. Current state is a three star but a completed game could easily be an entertaining 4 to 5 star game. Give it a shot. Glad I did.
