Dumbbell Home Workout Plan

Great circuit exercises. Love them all. The adds are somewhat annoying, but manageable. Hope they can add a feature to pay to limit the apps. The only downside is that you can’t listen to music while you use the app. Hope the developers get that fixed.

I enjoy how simple and direct this app is. It’s a great app to keep track of my workouts. They only annoying part is that I listen to music while I workout and the app keeps pausing my music when ads appear and when I click on the workout. If it would not pause my music this app out be great!

I don’t know anything about working out with dumbbells and I’ve never been a fan of watching videos or reading too much about it (sometimes articles can be super long.) I found this to be direct, quick to learn and easy to get back to doing the workout after reading the quick snippet. It has ads but overall doesn’t bother me because it’s a free app. Thanks!
