Dubsado

Before I embarked on utilizing a CRM system I did it all by hand, and unfortunately many projects were lost due to the chaos and missed opportunities. It used to be so stressful trying to manage all the steps in the process but now so much of it is automated, all the customer files, communication, and contracts, payments etc are right at my fingertips. Very pleased. Income nearly doubled as a result of getting organized and efficient.

I love that we have an app now! Most of my business is automated thanks to their easy workflows but it’s nice to just jump into that app when I need to. I adore this CRM and recommend it to all of my wedding industry friends. I’ve tried others and none of them compare to the customer experience. My clients love their portals as well, very easy to use and access all of my guides.

Dubsado is a huge reason my business scaled the way it did. Before I switched CRMs my rate from closing leads to paying clients was 65%. When I switched and elevated my client experience it went to a 95%. Now having the tool in my pocket (literally) and getting notifications on my Apple Watch while on the go is everything.
