Disaster bank
This is the worst bank in my life - I was forced to change my bank to dsk only after 20 years of satisfaction with my previous bank Societe General . Unfortunately SG moved out of Bulgaria and DSK bought its branches. However the last 20 years I didn’t feel the pain of visiting the bank offices, waiting in long lines , having to wait employees to return back to theirs offices (after lunch breaks) ( never mind that I am VIP paying 300 BGN annual fee to be such ) or whatsoever. Last week i wanted to transfer some cash from my cards ( debit or credit) towards my revolut account. Unsuccessfully of course , due to changed phone number recently ( only 2 years ago ) as they are sending secret code to the wrong number. I wanted to change that online and by visiting the VIP office in Varna . It passed 10 days and im still unable to transfer money from my accounts to revolut because they cant change the way I prove that i am not someone else. Remaining without money during weekends is awful I strongly do not recommend this app and this BANK at all Stay well clear from this ancient / archaic way of doing banking business in 2020 I will change my bank as soon as possible ( first possible Monday)
