Driving Test NOW

I used this app to help with booking a cancellation driving test, and my experience has been very disappointing and concerning. After entering all my details, including my driving licence and reference number, the app displayed completely incorrect information. My test date showed as “Thursday, 1970,” which is clearly not a valid or real booking date. I then tried to get help through the app’s automated support system. The “robot” assistant kept giving generic advice that I had already followed, and repeatedly redirected me to customer service without resolving anything. When I tried to contact support, it simply opened an email form. What made things more worrying is that the email contact did not appear to be from an official company address. It looked like a personal name rather than a verified support team or organisation, which raises concerns about legitimacy. At this point, I am unable to access a working service despite having paid for the app. Based on my experience, I am concerned this may not be a trustworthy service. I would not recommend this app unless these issues are properly addressed and verified by the developers.

Subscribed to the app, paid the weekly fee, only for the next screen on the app to tell me that “signups currently suspended for new customers while we clear the backlog”, then daily “new sign-ups paused at the time while we deal with current users”, yet unable to get a refund for paying for an app that is unusable. Continued to try and login in daily but remained the same message. Logged with Apple Support as a formal complaint.

This app is useless and misleading. I paid for a subscription to change my existing DVSA driving test date. I already have a confirmed test booking, but the app keeps saying “no test booking found” and tells me I need to book a test first. After taking my money, the app does nothing at all. I can’t search for cancellations or change my date. There was no clear warning before subscribing that it might not recognise an existing booking.
