I work for a privately owned food delivery company and we use this app for our orders, to check in, review orders including post orders/pay and to communicate with dispatch. It works great on my iPhone 13 Pro max. I’ve never used it with any other phone so i can only say that glitches are rare to none! I’ve literally had one single issue EVER! And it’s possible it was my signal that caused it. It was a delayed message. I mean if all apps worked as great and seamless and smooth as this one we’d all be a little happier with our devices!! 5 stars and highly recommend this app

i’ve been using this app for 3 years and counting and have never had one single problem. the best thing about this app is how simple and easy it is to read the customers information and how it takes about one click to let your customer know you’ve left restaurant and on your way and another button for when it’s delivered. another special thing is how it gives you the option as to which map you would prefer to use to get from each destination. lastly i love how quick the information gets sent to your employer. id recommend this app and have zero complaints.

The features like seeing your earnings and totals and tips are great! I like everything about it but my only complaint is the button that is supposed to open the address doesn’t go to google or apple maps it opens a link in safari. I have to manually type it in google maps. This app has helped my company’s business and I am thankful for them partnering with HT2G.
