DoubleClutch 2 : Basketball

This game has pretty good mechanics and smooth gameplay, but so many more features could be added. Instead of having NBA teams, the game would be way better with customizable teams and players with attributes, as seen in the original game. Also, there could be a playable regular season with at least 10 games to dictate seeding for the tournament. I also wish there were multiple difficulties since it is way too easy currently, and an option to lengthen or shorten quarters like in the first game. I also saw another review bringing up some of the same points, and it mentioned more animations, which I agree with. Overall, this game could be so so so much better with more features and variety. I know you guys still update the game because the rosters and numbers for players updated for the NBA season, so please consider adding some of these features in the game or make doubleclutch 3!!

DoubleClutch 2 is a great game with a unlimited potential I just think if there was just a couple things added it would reach that potential. The game already has good mechanics but need more shooting animations such as fadeaways, contested jumpers, and spin jumpers(double tap the shoot button then hold like NBA 2k does). With those new animations it would make it more realistic where you don’t get blocked every time you shoot and you just shoot like you normally would. I also think if they added a team and player customizer like DoubleClutch 1 had but more refined and where you don’t have to use “Credits” to change the attributes. I think a difficultly setting and more gameplay settings would be great. This game is a very good game just with these things added it would make it a whole lot better.

I love this game I love all the dribble combos and layups you can do. I love how after every quarter it tells you team and player stats. The shot is good improvement from the first game and I love all the jerseys that are in the game. Gameplay is pretty good but i wish there was a difficulty setting where if you want more of challenge you turn it up to 100 where if you are kinda new and aren’t that good at the game yet you can play on easy. I also wish yah can bring back cpu vs cpu like I’m the 1st game where you can see two teams go at but I also wish that you can change the time in the quarters like you were able to do in the first game. Can you also add back the customization feature where you can customize a team or player if you want. Also can you add more features like I love the playoff feature but maybe can you add a quick game and another feature where you choose a team and you basically play my career just with the whole team. Can you also add the rest of the Basketball teams can you also add where if the player is left handed they shoot and maybe do other stuff left handed and can you add 1 or 2 more dunk animations also maybe 1 or 2 hairstyles on players. Also maybe add a feature where you can play as different countries teams and you play in a play off setting. Also if you do quick play you can do it where maybe you can play with older player like 1995 bulls or 2000 lakers or you can play as the all star teams in quick play as well like the west and east. Also can you add calls in the game like fouls, travels and out of bounds and can you add where you can call a screen. That’s all keep doing good enjoy your game a lot I play it everyday and I hope to keep playing everyday hope you might take some of suggestions but i hope to be able to keep playing this game and have a good time while playing. LOVE THIS GAME!!!!
