The UI is genuinely so poor, you can tell it’s just a website made into a mobile app. It takes 3x longer to navigate the app because of how “mobile unfriendly” it is. Please allow me to edit my address instead of making me delete the old one and creating a completely new entry. There is no section that allows you to add notes to your order. The tracker is so obviously fake. It’s never in sync, and it tells you your order has arrived, meanwhile it never left the store. But I suppose this is what you get for buying mediocre pizza.

This app doesn’t feel like a proper mobile app, it’s as if they just wrapped the website into an app shell. It takes me at least 45 minutes to place an order, and I often have to repeat nearly every step once or twice before it actually works. Mobile apps are supposed to be faster and more user-friendly, but this one definitely isn’t. There’s barely any difference between using the app and the website, if anything, both are equally frustrating.

I don’t need to walk into the store to place an order and wait for 10-20 minutes to get my order ready. I can easily order on the app then be on my way to the store to pick up immediately. It’s quite helpful, but I get lost on the Ux sometimes.
