Pretty annoyed with the tracking functionality and confirmation of order. Not sure if it is because you have updated your app recently but that is no excuse and this experience seriously frustrated me. I order via YOUR app (Not Uber) and everything went fine up until the point of checking out my order. The app seemed to glitch, so I close it and reopened it. When I went back into the app it appeared as though I had not ordered at all, with my cart of items showing. However you had already deducted the money from my credit card, Leaving me in a state of limbo not knowing whether my order had actually been placed or not. No confirmation of order in my email address either. This meant I spent 10 minutes trying to call the local store 5 times with no answer trying to find out whether my order had actually been placed or not. I was mere seconds away from placing a second order because I was convinced the first order had not been received. This would have made me extremely angry. Fortunately the store answered after several calls and confirmed that my order had been received. You NEED to provide a tracking service, regardless of how busy your store is at the time. Also update the app so that if it is closed and reopened, it still remembers the order that was placed. I am lucky that the store answered after several attempts of calling, though I shouldn’t have to waste my time doing this. Do better Dominoes - this isn’t acceptable for a company as large as yours. I am not happy.

Overall I like the app. It’s smart how it try’s to upsell. Though at times this yodelling is rather annoying... when it asks you the same things later as it does in the beginning. Like the same coupon offers etc. It could be smarter about how it asks... Also very unhappy with how after each item was added to the cart it took me to the cart... I wanted to add more items from the same area... on the third time I decided I was happy with what was there rather than go back to add more.

Please allow store selection access, the store close to me is 279 blockhouse bay road, not new lynn. I like the pizzas more from the blockhouse Bay rd store as they cook it so nicely and cut it so properly. Last time when I got pizza from New Lynn, one slice was like 5% of the whole pizza and the other was like 30% of the pizza. Blockhouse bay rd staff cut them so nicely that everyone shares the same amount. So please do allow access for store selection. New lynn might be busy, I have worked for pizza places back in the days. It looks so bad when you get such a small slice of pizza out of the box when you have friends and family over.
