Dominos Pizza

Earlier I used to order from Dominos but it has stopped delivering to our location all of a sudden. Some people in our location are still able to order from Dominos App. There seems to be a glitch in the system. I think it has been over a year now that we have not been able to order anything from Dominos. Also, there is no proper customer support in the App. I am not able to contact any official via the App nor am I able to submit my grievance regarding no deliveries at my location.

Domino’s claims “Delivery in 30 minutes or free” is totally fake. In my past 3 orders, the delivery status shows the rider has “reached the location” even before leaving the store. By the time the food actually arrives, it’s always late and cold. When they provide the store contact number, no one ever answers the call. This has happened repeatedly, and it’s frustrating to see zero improvement. Definitely not the service or quality they promise.

I paid using a gift card—amount was debited, but the order didn’t go through. Then I tried with a credit card, but the keyboard overlapped the input fields, making it hard to enter details correctly. I couldn’t see the typos since the app didn’t minimize the keyboard. After placing the order and receiving the OTP, the app returned to the cart instead of letting me enter the OTP. Luckily, I didn’t lose money a second time. Don't use this app, if you don't want to loose money.

Am leaving this review in 2024 where we have wide variety of food options. I just want to make a point here, all those who left bad reviews forget the fact that the delivery person are also human beings. 9 out of 10 times failure, cannot be counted as bad or fake. If someone is starving, eating pizza is their mistake. If someone is ordering pizza for their kids, it’s their parental failure. We all know what pizza is. We all know pizza is the only food that is delivered faster than any other food from any other apps. For me, apart from the other options available on other food ordering apps, Dominos is by far the best in terms of experience & service. In terms of offers, food taste, hygiene, service, speed of delivery, reliability, it’s excellent. Yes I had bad experience too, but those are 1 out of 10 times. Always delightful experience. I ordered pizza and wrote this review, the delivery person rang the bell 😛 Not sure if am slow typer or they delivered is fast.

I wish I could give them a 0 star domino's Warje are the most fake people they can make stories on the spot. I placed my order by 4.15pm in the afternoon because it was not a lunch or dinner time and thinking that they will not delay the order. I have ordered 4-5 times on the same location and They never called me for my location or address. They've directly reached at my place but today when my order was getting delayed and Then I tried to reach there call centre first 2 time they were only saying that its getting prepared and you will get the call. Again I initiated chat after waiting 45 minutes then again they gave me the same robotic answer I asked them for branch no and branch people were so so rude after waiting for my order so long they were expecting me to act like calm. And they made up their stories that they came to my place but I didn't answered now the point here is if the delivery boy left the store with my order I supposed to get a notification that order has been dispatched and this xyz person is coming to deliver the order I even didn't received the msg I was only getting msgs from call centre that its baking. And post waiting for 1 and half hour they cancelled my order. The staff is pathetic no sense to talk with customers and talk about customers. They were behaving like something else by feeding the food to their loyal customers. And now I know why people have stopped eating from domino's.
