Dinotrux App – Trux It Up!

Only 2 levels, and the 2nd level has you hit the final stone about 20 times with absolutely no visual feedback of any progress. Serious lack of understanding of the attention span of the intended audience. I thought it was bugged, but did it myself to see if it was just a ridiculous amount of persistence they were looking for. Little kids are not going to throw a rock 30 times at a stone. Should take 2-5 hits and show cracking or some other visual feedback that progress is being made. Honestly, game feels like a bit of a rip off. If my kid weren’t so obsessed with Dinotrux, I would have returned it when I had the chance.

My toddler loves this game and plays it over and over. But ever since the update about two months ago, there’s a bug when you deliver ore to Skya, Ton Ton gets stuck. The only way to free him, is by earning a letter with another trux. But if you’ve earned all the letters, your SOL. No feedback form in the app to submit bugs, otherwise I’d give this app 4 stars.

Only 2 levels, took me 3 year old like half hour to make it through it. He’s super excited about the game & enjoys playing but for $4 there should have been more.
