Dialog - Translate Speech

At the moment I give 0 stars to this app and their company. I paid $99 for the year and it had worked wonderfully for me for quite awhile. I actually paid $99 for a second year. However a month or so after renewing my subscription, it’s not working. I wrote to Maple Media and explained the issue (ad pops up whenever I try to use it again) and they responded with directions that are complicated. I just want to be able to use this app again. What’s going on with it? I’m super frustrated. I didn’t find them very helpful. Anybody have suggestions for a different app?

My wife and I are planning a trip to Türkiye and needed a translation app. Downloaded a bunch of apps and had a native speaker tell us which one she thought was best. She picked Dialog and said the Turkish to English was spot on. English to Turkish was also good but said it used simple words to convey the translation. Not that that is bad because the jest does get conveyed. Another strong point is that it lets you finish your sentence before translating. Other apps cut you off mid sentence. The only negative is the pricing. Seems a bit high to me. Will end up getting a week and then will cancel the subscription.

I like this app because it helps to communicate with foreigners especially when you travel if you don’t understand a language this helps a lot google translate or a dictionary won’t be necessary anymore after using this app I highly recommend using this app it’s like you’re having a conversation but at the same time it works like talking back-and-forth
