CyberHero: Cyberpunk PvP TPS

I enjoyed the game, put effort into progressing and decided to spend money on it. Then one day I log in and my character, progress and everything I spent money on was gone. It has been two and a half months of sending emails and receiveing no help. Every few weeks I get a canned respose saying they havent been able to fix it. I would be willing to start over, but not without what I paid for,,, or at least felt like I was getting help.

I’ve Only Played the game for like 8 days and I can’t stop playing the game, this game just need Some touch ups, a female character, be able to add friends and one more map. If you added all of those. This game will be one of the best games. Also, Don’t let other Reviews make you stop updating.

I like this game up until recently, now for some reason it won’t load when I launch the game, it’s just frozen at the load screen, I’ve tried re-installing it multiple times but that doesn’t help. Is there a way to fix this? Or do I just permanently uninstall?
