App hasn’t worked for about 6 months
I’m a premium subscriber and the iPhone app used to work seamlessly by backing up my phone in the background. But for at least 6 months every time I try to initiate a backup it runs forever and eventually says it failed and there is no specified reason. Very frustrating! The Acronis products that I use on my computers and tablets are terrific but on the iPhone 14 Pro it’s a bust.

I do NOT trust this
When I saw this app I downloaded it. But when it said log in I did not trust it. I was very worried that it would log into my iCloud and download stuff and buy stuff using it. So I'm not trusting it
