This app is super difficult to use and it seems that the company is unreliable. I was prompted to enter tons of information along with a photo and the app still could not generate a quote, estimated delivery date or any other information. I called and spoke with a representative who was nice enough but also couldn't provide any information. They invited me to pay in advance and shared that someone might follow up with me but they couldn't be sure. Hard pass and an hour of my time I wish I didn't spend trying to schedule with them. I decided to go with a different company.

I put all of my info in for my delivery and when I pressed continue to delivery date, it timed out after a minute or so and then said there was a problem and to try again. I tried 4 times and then the next day and the same thing happened. Don’t use the app. Go old school and call to set up your delivery

This app is hard to make a booking for deliveries. Tried making one several times and it gave me a zero $ estimate. Then had to call their customer service rep. She was very rude and the goes on to tell me that my delivery would be $400-$600 but she wasn’t sure. Had to find somebody else that gave me an actual price. Tried the app on different occasions every time it says $0 for estimate but you have to call to get a range of pricing. Needs to work out the kinks and have pricing available
