This is not the app only. It’s about there customer care as well, I called them because my order was cancelled and it’s worth a 1000 dollars they hold my payment, Haven’t recieve any emails about what happen, I just randomly checked my order in my account in Culture Kings and it was cancelled, I called them right away and one of the representatives told me that my account was fraud and they told that I used someone’s card, So I checked it and trying to explain about what happened and keep on telling them they should have send me an email if there’s a problem in my account as my account is fully verified and I have lots of past orders. And they just keep telling me that I stole someone’s card and used them without any reason. You should improve your customer service and never judge someone about scamming or making a fake orders, Instead of pointing us, You should send me an email about what happened, so I can investigate it and report it. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS VERY CAREFULLY AS THIS CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES WILL DO NOTHING AND ONLY POINT OUT THAT YOU DID SOMETHING THAT YOU DIDN’T DO INSTEAD OF LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT MAJOR ISSUES IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT STRAIGHT AWAY INSTEAD SENDING YOU AN EMAIL.

Wow I’m so impressed by the new Culture Kings app. The user experience is second to non, sleek and polished interface! You can tell they really took their time and invested a lot of man hours into creating the best user journey imaginable. I just downloaded the app logged into my account and boom 💥 all my account info was there, previous orders etc. Plus it’s super fast, haven’t experienced any issues like most other fashion retail apps. Like all things CK this was executed perfectly! From one marketer to another well done team this is an achievement to be proud of 👊🏼
