In-app membership purchase does not work
After the in-app subscription of the regular tier paid membership, the app on iOS, Mac, and website all failed to update the account status. This service is completely useless.

I cannot open downloaded pdf files.
Before today, it works ok. There is no problem whenever I open any file. Now they all could not be opened.
