I just finished working and had a taxi to pick me up, it got there before I was ready and canceled after 1 minute and it’s 12:30am so I’m like okay fair, booked again and the same one accepted and drove straight past me and canceled, saying I wasn’t there, third time it just canceled straight away and didn’t even turn around. Got Uber after and was here within a couple of minutes.
Not sure if its the app or the taxi drivers. I wanted to give this a go. I like to support the littler companies. Gave it two shots. The first one the taxi just drove around multiple blocks in circles and never seem to get any closer. I eventually gave up. The second cancelled after about 5 minutes saying the driver couldnt find me. The taxi was still 2 km away! Must have found a street pickup on the way i guess. So i am deleting the app and going back to what i know works.
