Cross-Stitch: Color by Number

I’ve been using this app for 5 years now and love it. I was waiting for the new update for everything to turn back to normal. When I clicked update everything turned back to normal. Except every time I click the little person icon on the bottom right where all the pictures are saved, it freezes. I can’t click anything and nothing pops up. But it’s only when I click the person icon. Every other button works but when I click that one, I can’t move or click anything. It only started happening after I recently updated. I tried restarting my phone but that didn’t do anything. I would delete the app and restart again but I have so many pictures that I’ve done and I don’t want to lose all of them. Is there a reason for this? I was so excited to get back into playing the game after the update but now I can’t even click on the photos to play.

I have loved this app for years and have been consistently playing it, and it has been amazing!! With the recent update however I have lost all of the packages I have rightfully bought with quite a few coins I have earned, what is with that?? There is also a significant less amount of packages available to buy as well. Not only that but the new mechanics of the game are horrendous, I loved the way it was played and the mistake part of it where I had to unpick when I messed up. Now the game feels like others where I can just sit there and drag my finger across the screen and not actually try. This used to be one of my favorite games and a real comfort in my daily routine. It may sound stupid but I am actually very upset about this and every single recent review I have read has shared the same concern. This needs to be fixed or else the app is going to lose a lot of its loyal longtime customers! If the mechanics would be switched back I would reinstall the game instantly, I don’t even mind my purchased packages being gone I just want the mechanics back to normal!! Very upsetting :( Update: All of the packs I previously purchased are restored, but I could honestly care less about those. The only thing I want back is the mechanics of how the game used to be, like now you can’t make mistakes at all and the entire game is just very different and not enjoyable at all. I wish there could be an option to play the older version of the game, the games should have just been left alone it was fine!

I have invited 4 MORE people by using Messenger and STILL DIDN'T get the points.!!! This is 12 people total!!! This is SO FRUSTRATING!!! I can't get anyone to respond to my emails that I have been sending about a problem I'm having with this app!!! Could you post a email address that someone can get a response from? Thanks. I have sent this following review and also several emails and I haven't had any response from you guys. I would appreciate it if you would look at your emails and send me a response. I really like Cross Stitch but I do have one issue. I have invited 8 people to receive the 600 points and I didn’t receive the points. I have sent several emails to the email address in the feedback section and I haven’t received a response yet. I would also like to see more free patterns. Otherwise, this is a awesome app!!! I sent the first review in February and now this is March. I invited 4 more people to Cross Stitch and it stated that they were already invited but I didn't receive the 600 points and the 8 people that I did invite didn't receive a message from me. Could you let me know what is going on? I would greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks
