However, this app might be good in biking the taxi but isn’t at all useful when there are no taxis when you booked one for. When you book, you are lulled into thinking your taxi will arrive for when you booked it. Then, 10-15 minutes before you expect your taxi to come, the app says it’s finding a driver! You have no taxi! You have no idea when one will arrive. You don’t know if there is a taxi available - even for the next hour! You can’t cancel your taxi. After waiting optimistically for 30mins, while the app still says your booking is active and it’s finding a driver for you, you have to call in, hope someone will answer your call and then cancel your booking while you’ve arranged a more reliable lift for yourself. The implementation of this app - used by other taxi companies too just rebranded - really makes me never want to use taxis… It’s a shame.

If only there is a zero star!! Ive been using this service for years now but today is not a good day! I will never use your service again! I got charged £18 twice by your driver! He kept on insisting to pay him on the card reader even though we haven't arrive to our destination yet and being aggressive about it! I kept telling him i never pay with a card reader cause you automatically charge me on the app but he said i wont get charge and will need to pay him on the card reader! When we arrive to my destination my debit card got charged again! I called and was advised that i will get my credit back this afternoon but still nothing! I called again and now no one is answering!!
