COTA Plus

I joined months ago and have been hesitant to use the service. It’s a beautiful day today and I thought what’s the worst can happen? I am hooked already!!This is a great service —deeply appreciated as a person unable to drive right now.I gained a feeling of independence today

I’m very thankful for Sheryl as she was respectful, accommodating, welcoming, talked to us like we were human and helped me with my add rider so we felt comfortable with our first ride and experience!

Everyone is nice but the entire system is broken, if you try to book after 2-3 PM good luck calling the help line is just another person trying to book it and they’ll basically do as much as you can about it which is nothing . Gotta wait 30 minutes just to book and another 30 to get picked up, only sometimes can you get where you wanna go on time, it’s better the Uber but I guess cheaper isn’t always better
