I find that you guys make amazing services and apps that are very life changing. However, I tried reaching the customer service through review a few months back but I didn’t receive any response from Vastufy since this is the same parent team. You guys built some amazing apps but you guys don’t have any proper direct source of customer contact either in-app or by your website that I tried very hard to look for which is mind boggling since you run this many apps and anyone with common sense would realize that having proper customer developer connection is crucial to fixing any problems might have as well as making it accessible in user interface. They have great concepts but the implementation can be improved a long way. However, I would caution people to withhold paying for their subscriptions and services until they established a proper customer service help desk if you don’t want to loose out on money and then talk to a wall since in my personal experience atleast I reached them out a few months back and I yet to get any sort of reply or fix. Anyways I paid for the Vastu 3 property one-time subscription which promised I would get full access to all the stuff that the app has including remedies. When I tried the app, some parts were opening normally while I got the property score and analyzing it, I moved on to the remedies and this popped up again. I already paid for it so don’t know why I am receiving it again. Please open the full app/ fix this bug for me since I already paid for the subscription and I will re-update my review.

I bought the lifetime subscription on this one and I use it on my phone although it’s for desktop as well. If you’re brand new to Vedic Astro maybe try Align 27 if you don’t want to fuss with learning. I also have Align 27 and it does everything for you but the interpretations and advice is superior to my pro Parashara desktop program. This app here can certainly be used by anyone, Jyotish students like me or professional astrologers. For me, it’s for personal enrichment and I highly recommend this app over all the others. If I HAD to make a choice between the two, I’d choose this one. Thank you so much for this excellent app!!!! Jai Guru Dev :) P.S. Get the Compatibility add-on! It is phenomenal. Well done guys, if I had to choose only one Jyotish app, it would be this one.

I tell everyone about the Cosmic Insight App, especially people who never heard of astrology or Jyotish! I have TONS of charts in this App. This App is incredible, I use it daily for transits and charting. I also have bought many of the additional features and I love them. My one quibble is that the Journal used to have general phrases and Emoji’s which I liked but it was removed. That’s okay though because I store all my Vedic Charts of real people who have entrusted me their chart as well as celebrities whom I love and love to learn about! I have well over 150 different charts in this App which is the best part! I think it would be a cool feature to add spots in the App that show you Celebrities that have similar placements! Or a feature to just unlock the celebrity charts, that would be quite a lucrative business deal since almost no websites have Vedic, Lahiri Ayanamsha charts of famous people! Also it would be cool to be friends with other people on the App and discuss astrology like a social media site! like a double journal then. Anyway, amazing App, other than emoji’s being gone I ABSOLUTELY treasure it, and I will ALWAYS be a paying subscriber, because Dr. Arjun Pai Ji is an absolute genius. I never liked writing an App review until now.
