Can I give zero stars?
Terrible app that hangs up. does this company even invest enough resources in tech and customer service? We should all stop topping up for such rubbish service.

Caution: overcharging fees and very poor customer support. Almost like a SCAM
Misleading billboard on charging fees, with substantial amount of hidden fees. The final fees are much higher than other companies. Almost like a scam to lure new customers to use them. Charging process stopped after 30 minutes due to a technical error of their charging station. Customer service is also unhelpful and incompetent. They have overcharged me and depleted all the credits that I bought in the app because of their technical error, while I haven’t even charged 30% of the battery. Still waiting for their CS / tech support to reply on the refund and compensation.

Can’t download!
Simple system when working but can’t download as you can only use if you have HK based App Store. This really needs to be allowed to be downloaded from any App Store!
