Cook It: Cooking-Frenzy Game

I am not a review person but this game is awesome! I have played many cooking games and this is by far the best and truly free to play game. I was so addicted to the game that I finished all 220 levels with three stars within a week without paying a penny. Watch ads after each completed level to double coins earned. I was ok with watching hundreds of ads as they provided a reward (free coins) that helped with game play (upgrading recipes). Instead of gems, this game uses “whisks”. Whisks could be obtained by completing three stars on certain levels. Now, I have tested upgrading decorations with whisks, 100 in one restaurant and 400 in another. 100 whisks plus several thousand coins of decoration gave me an 11% chance of earning whiskers, while 400 whisks worth of decorations only gave me 10% chance in a different restaurant. Long story short, don’t bother upgrading the decorations, as the rate of return is minimal. Of the 400 whisks I spent on decoration, I have only earned a mere 100+ whisks from the 10% extra chance increase. Which means, I wasted almost 300 whisks for nothing. I also found one of the character with a bug at the Salty Taverna restaurant. This lady just would not accept any of the items she requested. None of the special boosts satisfy her either. So on levels that she appears that did not allow upset customers, that level is an automatic fail and a loss of heart. Luckily, one can earn 2 hearts by watching an ad. Bottom line, this is still a fun and addictive game. Looking forward to future updates with more restaurants.

I have over 20 cooking games and this is by far my favorite! I love the fact that you don’t have to slide the food to the customer and your tips are automatically collected. The food cooks fast even at level one. I’m anxious to upgrade and unlock the other restaurants. I love the graphics and the overall feeling of the game:) Great job developers!!! I do have one small request, I’ve never seen it in any of the cooking games and that would be a “Zen Mode” where the timer is removed and you can cook and serve the customers at your leisure. I love cooking but don’t always want to be stressed with the timer hanging over my head. I understand that’s the whole concept of the challenge, but it would be incredible to have the option. I would even be willing to pay for it:)) Think about it, you would be the only one to have this new and amazing feature in your game because no one else has it:)) Thanks a bunch for listening!

Cook It is by far my top favorite time management cooking game. The only one I’ve been able to play all the way through. I have literally played every popular cooking game and some of the generic low budget cooking games. So when I say this one is the best, it truly is. I completed every restaurant level with 3 stars and not once did I have to make an in app purchase. The rewards are given consistently so you really don’t have to make purchases. The graphics are pleasing, the sounds match up to the actions made, the game overall runs pretty smoothly. There’s a bit of a lag in tap timing at times, mostly noticeable in the pizza shop, but not a big deal. I did wish the game offered “extra shifts” to get more coins, however, you are given the opportunity to do so through ad watching and there are plenty of levels provided between each restaurant. I liked the daily smiley task options for free coins. No other game provides those. I also loved the “take out bag” reward and did wish there were more of those given. There are always pros and cons but with this game the pros far out weigh the cons so overall this is the ultimate game if time management cooking is your thing. I can’t wait until the new restaurants are released!
