I purchased this app over a month ago and it has done nothing during that time. The data scan that is supposed to opt you out of unwanted email never started. When I contacted them about it, they said it takes 2-3 days to complete. I informed them it had been over a month. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Of course, they never did. When I contacted them again about canceling, they wanted me to wait a few more days since everything showed it was working on their end. I sent them screenshots of it not working on my end. There was no benefit to paying for this app at all! Update: Corporate reached out to apologize for their lack of clarity and level of service, again mentioning that it can take several weeks to complete a data scan. But once again they miss the point that the scan never even started in over a month. The app did not work as advertised. The fact that no one seems to understand this is the real issue.

I was very hesitant at first, thinking nothing can control these constant, annoying phone calls, and fraud. I subscribed to control for three months to see how it works only to find out that it’s fabulous. No more annoying phone calls, and also knowing that whatever the fraud might be to take place all is safe. I’ve renewed the subscription for one year.

This app is so easy to install and use. It just works in the background and warns me if a site is dangerous. I shop online a lot, and control+ already saved me twice from fake stores. I don’t click without checking it now.
