Contractor+ Invoice & Estimate

Why i love this app so far is because the app I use currently when you don’t pay the almost 40 dollars a month to use it they completely lock you out of the app all together leaving you no access at all. This app on the other hand not only gives you all of it for free at least most of the features I use it doesn’t charge you per user, you can send your clients paperwork via email or text, there is an accurate line item reference to use for items you buy in stores and I mean everything from laundry soap to plaster you can find in it and if not then you can easily add it. The downside is they do not allow markups of materials in the free one. And there is a hefty amount of setup in the beginning but it’s well worth it so just be patient with it in the beginning

I don’t give reviews very often, but this one deserves it. I’ve been researching apps for the last 9 months, and there are several different apps that I’ve tried and just wasn’t what I needed for my business. Then I found this Contractor+ app and it was exactly what I was looking for. I downloaded the app, and it only took me a few days of navigating through how things are set up to know this was going to work for my business and how I needed to manage everything. Their customer support is outstanding. Being new to the program, I had several questions on how, what, where to go on certain things only because I was unfamiliar with the layout, and they were quick to respond. They guided me through every question that I asked. Even over Christmas this past weekend, I had some down time to get things set up and needed a couple questions answered, and Justin responded quickly and answered them. Very helpful group of people, and the app has several new modules they are implementing this year, so I’m looking forward to using those as well. Thank you for your help, for developing such an app that will make my life easier and more profitable.

I’ve been looking for an estimate/quoting software and this fits the bill. The free version works fine but I also wanted the contract language in my invoicing which this does after paying the upgrade to Pro. I was hoping for a free app but couldn’t find one. This had two templates for the contract language which I was able to edit. The shopping tool and ability to add these items directly into an estimate is helpful. So far it seems very customizable which is great. Sending out an estimate was easy but they have 3 kinds so I had to figure out the differences. Basically it depends what level of detail you want to include. Pricing seems comparable to other apps. I’ll play with it more and see what I can do with it.
